With the ever-changing advances in communications technology and equipment advances over the years; wireless communications towers continue to be the most critical component of each carrier’s wireless network and the most efficient solution in connecting people and communities.


Diamond offers a customized Build-to-Suit (“BTS”) program that prioritizes the network requirements and deployment needs of our carrier customers while working with the needs of our landlord and strategic partners. We understand that BTS programs are strategically important to our clients and require a singular focus to meet delivery requirements.

 

Diamond has built over 500 towers in the last 5 years and have hundreds more in development. Diamond is one of the most active and experienced tower developers in the U.S. Our carrier partners trust Diamond to deliver their projects on time, on budget and with an uncompromising focus on quality.

Our site BTS team is comprised of experts with 20+ years of tower development experience and a demonstrated track record for completing both high volume BTS programs and highly complex single tower projects.

Diamond will partner with telecommunications service providers to support specific needs throughout the site development process. We tailor our support to your needs seamlessly engaging at any stage, be it search ring or Notice to Proceed (NTP) stages.
