There are two key documents which govern the program:

The Site Marketing Agreement: We will undertake a comprehensive analysis of the connectivity issues of the School District and collaborate on potential solutions. Once the plan is agreed upon, we will market identified School District properties to the wireless carriers.   

The Ground Lease Agreement: This document allows us to construct, deploy and manage wireless infrastructure on a specific, defined area of School District Property.   Diamond is responsible for all of the costs of tower development and  the School District  will receive a revenue share of the rent paid to Diamond from the wireless carriers, generating a long-term revenue stream for the ISD
