Colocation Portfolio

colocationColocation Structures

Leasing space on one of our existing towers allows you to quickly and efficiently meet your wireless needs. Our growing list of towers across the United States makes finding one to suit your needs even easier.

Our dedicated business development managers will work with you to understand your immediate and long-term needs, then create a cost-effective solution to get you up and running in no time at all.

In addition to traditional radio tower colocations, Diamond partners with FirstEnergy Corp. to provide colocation opportunities on FirstEnergy utility and communication structures and other owned properties throughout their utility networks in New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland, and West Virginia. Diamond also has the ability to build new towers on FirstEnergy properties.

Our site inventory covers more than 65,000 square miles of territory with approximately 120,000 structures and properties running along 20,000 miles of transmission line towers, radio towers, monopoles, distribution poles, property rights-of-way, buildings and properties.

Diamond’s specialty is providing community-friendly sites that offer network enhancement for wireless carriers while controlling costs. We offer an extensive inventory of site locations to build and expand wireless networks throughout New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia.

Diamond is a leading purchaser and manager of ground leases under wireless communications towers and rooftop wireless antenna leases throughout the United States.

We provide lease owners with immediate significant cash payouts or flexible payouts over time in exchange for the rights under their lease agreements. Most importantly, we’ll also help structure the payments in a tax-efficient manner. Proceeds from a lease sale are not restricted and can be used at the lease owner’s discretion.

Diamond purchases leases from and works with a wide range of customers, including individual landowners, small and large business owners, commercial real estate companies, municipalities, government entities and non-profit organizations.

We use our experience as a tower company to manage potential or existing wireless sites and maximize cash flow for owners. We also partner with lease owners to market existing sites to major wireless carriers such as AT&T, Verizon, Sprint and T-Mobile to generate additional cash in the future.

Our experienced management team employs a customer-focused approach to business. We are dedicated to understanding customer objectives, providing flexible arrangements, and executing each transaction efficiently.
